Shipping
Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Once your order is completed you'll receive an email confirmation.
Shipping Timeframes
We try to process and pack orders in 1-2 business days. During the holiday season it may takes us longer to send out the items. Custom orders ship within 3-5 business days except during holidays (5-7 days). Once the product is shipped it is the responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your bundle in a timely manner. Keep in mind that USPS Priority mail delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping Costs
To determine shipping costs, add your desired product to your shopping cart, then proceed to the cart page. Enter your delivery address and click on "calculate shipping". Please note that certain states may apply taxes, so be prepared for that possibility.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We can only send an order to one address. If you need to have items delivered to multiple addresses, they will need to be placed in separate order.
Lost package/package says delivered but it’s not here.
U.S.P.S. does not consider domestic packages lost until 15 business days have passed.
Oh no! We are sorry to hear that. All our orders include tracking so just make sure to check the tracking number.
If you got a packaged delivered email but your order is not there try the following:
- Right off the bat, we recommend checking all around your home - each door, porch, mailbox, etc. before reaching out to neighbors, apartment offices, or your mail delivery person. Almost every single time, asking those around you solves the mystery of the missing package!
- If it's still not found, please wait a few days to see if it turns up. Sometimes packages get marked "delivered" at the post office before they reach their final destination.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility or reimbursement for lost or stolen items, including orders marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier. All lost packages marked as "delivered" or "attempted delivery" cannot be refunded.
International Shipments
Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian customers may be required to pay the GST/HST once they receive the package. It is your responsibility to pay all duties and fees on international orders. If you would like to send an order internationally please contact us.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to love the products that you purchase on our website.
Please send us a photo of the damaged product that you received. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and quality control our product and helps prevent similar problems in the future.
You may cancel and return your order at any time within 14 days after the date of purchase (subject to the limitations set out below).
- Special (own design) orders cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returns or cancellations when any of the products have been unsealed or opened by you.
- If you wish to return an unopened item, you will need to ship it to us at your expense.
- You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product.
- Your return may be denied if it is received in incomplete or damaged condition.
- In the event that your return is not received in re-stockable condition, we reserve the right to deny your return, or change your refund method to store credit only. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
